Returns and Refunds Policy​

We accept returns of products, a customer may exchange/swap the product with other products of the same monetary value.

Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the goods via our chat platforms or email info@myyonimywomb.co.za providing proof of purchase.

The goods must be in the same condition as you have received them, unopened with original packaging.

The client is responsible for the cost of couriering the return products to My Yoni My Womb

My Yoni My Womb cannot give cash refunds at this time, we apologise for any inconvenience.​

My Yoni My Womb ships across South Africa only, we cannot offer international shipping as yet.

Most orders will ship out after 4-5 days of ordering.

Standard Shipping (<5 kg) R100 | 4-5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays
